There is only one way to remove buildings in Dragons of Atlantis: Mass Nullifiers. These are extremely useful to have, and can be difficult to obtain. There are two ways to get it: by purchasing it by rubies, or winning it in Fortuna's Vault.
It is suggested that you save Mass Nullifiers until you really need them, rather than on something that was less of an issue. If you do decide to decimate a building, it is recommended that you do so to make room for a training camp, or garrison, to increase your training speed.
