Heavenly wheel is a Fortuna mini-game which is available on rare occasions. It features some of the most prized items in Atlantis.
Its jackpots are usually rare Sanctuary Dragons with special abilities. It once included the egg of the Kaiser Dragon, and more recently, featured the Arctic Leviathan troop, the best ranged unit in the game. It costs four rubies to play each time, and in order to win the jackpot, you need five of its "keys", which must also be won from the Heavenly Wheel.
Out of the eight "options" on the wheel, three are different chests you may win.
