The Colossus Dragon was first announced to the general players of the game on the 19th June via a message from Kabam. Little is currently known about the Dragon, but it and the Colossus Outpost are expected to be released on the 25th June.
In a message from Kabam, we have been warned that to get the outpost on the day of the launch, players must collect 30 Colossus Feathers.
